Ability to store the Gross Price within a Recipe's Costing Tool - CXE-872

When a Gross Price is entered within a Recipe's Costing Tool, it will be stored for that Recipe so that when the Recipe's ingredients change, the Cost% and the GP% figures will be updated, instead of the Gross Price being affected.

Allowing the 'Sales Mix by Time Period' report to be run for multiple Sales Categories - CXE-914

Customers will be able to run the 'Sales Mix by Time Period' report for multiple Sales Categories.
